Kids Run in Front of Car

Two kids run in front of a car while these adults watch without stopping them!

This happened at a gas station’s parking lot off a busy street in Pennsylvania. One kid runs right in front of a moving car. The second kid watched, then darted after the second kid.

Meanwhile, they’re followed by a woman pushing a baby stroller and a man carrying a skateboard. Neither stops the kids from causing a traffic hazard or putting themselves in danger!
